At ALTIERO, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible while maintaining the quality and care our brand is known for.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once an order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Egypt is 1–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customer location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotions such as free shipping will be clearly communicated on the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
ALTIERO offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Egypt. Customers must provide accurate contact information to ensure successful delivery. Failure to respond to delivery confirmation calls or messages may result in order cancellation.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ALTIERO is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we will do our best to assist in following up with the courier when needed.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and phone number. ALTIERO is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Order Tracking
Tracking updates may be provided via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call depending on the shipping carrier. Tracking availability may vary based on the courier.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at altiero.co@gmail.com. Claims reported after this timeframe may not be accepted.
